Welcome to my teaching hub!
My name is Ava Hutchinson and I am extremely passionate about cultivating a love for learning and fostering a positive and inclusive educational environment.
I hold a bachelor's degree from Ohio University and I specialize in Middle Education for ELA and mathematics.
At the core of my teaching philosophy is the belief that as educators, our job goes beyond textbook learning. I am here to help my students foster a positive academic self-concept and cultivate a love for learning.
Making sure my students have the physical and emotional resources they need to be successful is my number one priority.
Aside from class discussions, I will be working with each of my students individually to ensure they understand the materials and complete assignments correctly.
Teaching is my passion and I am thrilled to be working with my students as well as their parents and guardians to make sure that everyone is satisfied with my teaching style and content!
